My sister-in-law Shelley emailed me this poem this morning and after stepping out to the store to go get some Diet Coke, lol, I felt it was highly appropriate and so true.
WE LOVE PENNSYLVANIA!!
WINTER Poem
It's winter in Pennsylvania
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At thirty-five below.
Oh, how I love Pennsylvania
When the snow's up to your butt
You take a breath of winter
And your nose gets frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful
So I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave Pennsylvania
I'm frozen to the ground!
It's winter in Pennsylvania
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At thirty-five below.
Oh, how I love Pennsylvania
When the snow's up to your butt
You take a breath of winter
And your nose gets frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful
So I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave Pennsylvania
I'm frozen to the ground!

Hey! How come you have blue sky in your photograph? I keep looking for blue skies and sunshine; haven't seen any in DAYS!
We don't have your snow (boo hoo)--but we surely do have COLD weather here now. It's 16 right now--and going down to about 7 tonight. For TN, that is COLD.... Gads!!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
