I've been following a blog now for a couple weeks about a little girl named Kate. Kate is one of ten children this family has adopted internationally. Kate had a very bad heart and just had a very difficult heart surgery. She is home now and doing extremely well. Her mother Karin has posted on her blog through every stage of Kate's surgery and recovery.
